Wes was very informative and spent a lot of time helping my wife and I make the right decision in choosing our tub. His explanations of maintenance were very clear and is available to call if you have further questions. I highly recommend. btw, it was the perfect spa for us. After a year we still use it everyday. It has made a big improvement in my joint pain.
