Wes and Mike (the gentlemen with whom I have contact at Vita Spas of Jacksonville) are two of the most honest, intelligent and competent folks on earth. There have been two other technicians who failed to repair my spa after six months of attempting to do so. Wes and Mike ordered the necessary parts and set up a video conference to guide the repair remotely. WOW!! They didn’t treat me like family as many companies claim to do…… they treated me BETTER than family.
